$70		 The purpose of this course is to give individuals the knowledge and skills necessary to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illness in adults. It also includes training in using an AED. The course it taught in two sessions, attendance at both is required.

Adult, Infant Child CPR with First Aid

$82		 Our most comprehensive First Aid and CPR course for the general public. This course is designed to help individuals recognize and overcome the reluctance to act. Topics covered in this course include First Aid and CPR for adults, infants and children and the use of an AED. It also includes recognition of and care for life-threatening bleeding, sudden illness and injuries, breathing and cardiac emergencies, injury prevention and heart disease prevention. Course is given over three sessions, attendance at all three is required.

Adult, Infant and Child CPR
Adult, Infant and Child CPR

$70		 This course combines CPR training and emergency action principles, teaching response to choking emergencies for adults, children and infants. Participants will also learn to recognize heart attack symptoms and prevention of heart disease. It also includes training in using an automated external defibrillator (AED). Course is given over two sessions, attandence on both days is required.

Babysitter’s Training
Babysitter’s Training

$57		 The Babysitter’s Training course will give participants the safety skills and confidence necessary to be a great babysitter. The participants will learn what to expect from parents and learn the skills needed to handle any real-life babysitting situation. The course is designed for youths 11-15 years old and takes place in a fun, interactive environment. The youths will learn many skills including how to handle an emergency, perform first aid and interview for a babysitting job. They will also learn basic care routines like diapering, feeding and dressing infants and children. Babysitter’s Training has been reviewed by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Girl Scouts of the USA, Boy Scouts of America, YMCA of the USA, Boys and Girls Clubs, and 4-H.
Course is held on two Saturdays from 9am-1:30 pm, attendance at both is required.
